Since we're new in town, we were looking for a new location for sushi and tried Shinshu. Waiting time was way too long, we waited over two hours for the sushi even though the place wasn't overly full. We were there on a Sunday, the quality of the fish is very good, but you could taste that it was not very fresh, so it would probably make sense to go there during the week and say what you want to eat when you make your reservation, to avoid long waiting times. The two operations were scheduled to the maximum. We wouldn't go back.

Isn't anyone who has been to Japan satisfied? It was very delicious 💖 It is nice for Japanese people living in rural areas to have a real Japanese restaurant in a place other than a big city like Munich 😊 After all, at a Japanese restaurant, it will be sake 🍶 instead of wine 🍷 🤣 I also taste sake for the first time in a long time Great satisfaction 😋

What I can really approve of are the desserts. Grandpa, Grandma and I were there for the fourth time and tried a pinch of new things with every visit. Not only was the nice staff the absolute bestseller during my visit, but also the good ambience. The armchairs are very comfortable and the distance between I find the tables extremely justifiable. There you don't get the feeling of dining like cucumbers in a can in the evening, and we think the prices are completely fair.

Food did not come at the same time Appetizer came after main course. We almost wanted to pay and then suddenly the starter came .... Portions too small for the price !!!!! Not recommended

Top sushi, service but just ok. Sushi very different and numerous ordered, everything was very tasty, nigiri prepared in large quantities and measured by the quality of the price very good. Service: very nice but a bit uncoordinated, first drinks after 30 minutes, sushi after 50 minutes but previously announced that it would take a little longer. Quality very good for Ingolstadt, therefore no deduction for service

First and last visit! The staff is friendly and tried hard, there were three of us and we all ordered across the menu. Wakame and the soybeans were great, but unfortunately everything that came afterwards was not. Soup very tasteless, sushi selection very clear. A warm meal was also ordered, but it was only brought and warmed up at the table after two out of three people had all their food and were unfortunately already done with everything. If I go out to eat with three of us, we would also like to eat together! Everything very messed up. Martini bianco also tasted very watered down, although there wasn't even ice in it. Prices too expensive for the quality of the food. We're not going to eat here anymore.

Try that good kitchen, there is usually something for everyone on the menu. I found the offer to be extremely personable; we find the place suitable for all events - irrelevant whether it be with a partner, acquaintances or relatives. Really quick and nice service. I think that all the local staff did a good job there.

There you don't get the feeling of dining out like fish in a can. In our view, a visit there is highly recommended. Really quick and polite service. The best japanese food in the city! The staff is so nice and will help you with any questions you may have. The food is just amazing, everything taste great and it's not too westernized!! Really authentic and the price is completely accurate for the quality and quantity!! The lunch menu is a bit smaller than the dinner one but it's still delicious! You can only pay with card starting at 30€ ;)
